Commercial Electronic Message Consent Text
Under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a Commercial Electronic Message is defined as "data, voice, and video content sent electronically for commercial purposes through means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automated calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services."
In accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent may be obtained in writing or through any electronic communication tools. If the recipient provides contact information to be contacted, no additional consent is required for commercial electronic messages regarding changes, usage, and maintenance related to the goods or services provided. Commercial electronic messages may be sent to tradespeople and merchants without prior consent.
The content of the commercial electronic message must comply with the consent obtained from the recipient. The message must include accessible contact information such as phone number, fax number, short message number, and email address, depending on the type of communication, along with information that allows the identification of the service provider. The message should also include the subject and purpose of the communication and, if done on behalf of someone else, information about on whose behalf it is made.
Recipients may opt out of receiving commercial electronic messages at any time without providing a reason. The service provider is obligated to ensure that the opt-out request can be easily and freely communicated through electronic means and to provide the necessary information for this in the message. Upon receiving the opt-out request, the service provider must stop sending electronic messages to the recipient within three business days.

I consent to receiving commercial electronic messages via email from the Company to the contact information I have provided here and will provide in the future, within the scope of marketing activities such as promotion, advertisement, campaign, offer, promotion, announcement, celebration, survey, lottery, competition, and e-newsletter delivery. I also consent to the processing of my personal data limited to identity, contact, customer transaction, and marketing data categories within the framework of these processes, for the purposes of conducting loyalty processes related to company/product/services, communication activities, customer satisfaction activities, organization and event management, advertisement/campaign/promotion processes, and product/service marketing processes, and to the transfer of such data to the Company's suppliers, affiliated companies, and business partners located domestically and/or abroad. I acknowledge that I have been clearly informed that I may opt out of receiving commercial electronic messages at any time without providing a reason.

The sending of commercial electronic messages will cease within 3 business days from the date the opt-out request is received.
