Starting its story in Istanbul 25 years ago and having a great passion for producing good chocolate, Harem Chocolate, together with Chef Osman Sezener, has created a new chocolate selection for OD Urla. This selection was inspired by the gastronomic roots of both sides, their journeys, and their never-ending desire to explore.

From the fresh mint of OD Bahçe to the hot pepper of Urfa; from the olive trees covering the OD land to the tea of the Black Sea, different tastes await you in our recipes guided by chocolate.

Just like the countless encounters that all roads offer us, the pairings in this selection promise you new journeys with surprising harmonies.
